Publishing monthly newsletters within a template-designed format is not difficult but it does require commitment and attention to detail.  I work closely with clients to keep this vital process on schedule.  They write the text but I edit with an eye for marketing and format to their individualized company template.  They gather prospect e-mail addresses while I manage their opt-in/opt-out subscriber lists through Constant Contact. 

 

Two clients in particular, the Law Office of Steven Jankower and the Institute of School & Parish Development, have successfully utilized a monthly newsletter to educate prospects and up attendance at their seminars.  Systematically increasing prospects and delivering decision-making information to them on a regular basis has allowed both companies to surpass annual new client goals.  It takes discipline and structure to complete this task every month as well as diligence to maintain the subscriber list effectively.  I work together with these companies to get the job done, professionally delivered, and posted to their websites.
